The Wurst Place in Bellows Falls

Pipkin likes to go to The Wurst Place in Bellows Falls...Fat Franks! Located an easy hop downtown, Pipkin will often order either the tofu dogs with sauerkraut, or the veggie burgers. There are lots of options for meat eaters too. The double fried french fries are also a naughty treat, but Pipkin tries not to indulge too often.

Mmmmm tofudog with sauerkraut and mustard.
Pipkin also likes that they have their own hot dog flag. To the right of this photo, there's also a raised deck so you can enjoy your sausages, hot dogs or burgers outside in the sun.

MMmmmmmicecream!

Pipkin was hoping to try out the new flavor at Ben & Jerry's but they were all out of Schweddy Balls. The scoop shop in Burlington, VT thought they had enough Schweddy Balls for weeks but they sold out in a couple days. Pipkin will have to come back another time, so today he went for a scoop of his favorite Ben & Jerry's flavor: Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz Buzz.

Pipkin Hitches A (Fast) Ride

Pipkin hitched a ride on this competitor's bicycle at an olympic distance triathlon in Burlington, VT. While racer 611 was out on her 1 mile swim, Pipkin zipped himself into her underseat bag.

Here she is coming in after her 26 mile bike ride. She's looking strong, so Pipkin doesn't feel too bad about weighing down her bike! ;)

While 611 was off on her 6.2 mile run, Pipkin sunned himself with the rest of the bikes in the transition station. Then he hopped out to the finish line to cheer her on. She never knew he was in her bag the whole bike ride! She did really well, coming in 2 hours, 46 minutes and 18 seconds. Way to go 611! Way to hustle!

A Day at the Dentist

Did you know that labbits' teeth continually grow for the life of the labbit and are worn down with age? These kind of teeth are called "open-rooted" - continuously growing. For this reason, pet labbits don't have to have their teeth brushed, unlike their furry counterparts, i.e. dogs and cats.

These home dwelling labbits do eat a lot of sugar laden baked goods, so for them, tooth brushing is a necessity. Once in a while, it's best to get a professional cleaning and check up. So, today Pipkin visited a dentist in town.

The shiny and sharp instruments looked cold and scary, but Pipkin was in the good hands of his hygienist, Erin, and the dentist, Dr. Heydenreich. The appointment went well. No cavities, ma!

Pipkin's favorite part is picking out the color of his toothbrush. He usually goes with silver but thought purple would be fun this time.

If you're looking for a dentist in Bellows Falls, Pipkin recommends Dr. David Heydenreich. You can see his contact information in the business card above. Keep brushing and flossing! Unlike labbits, you've got the only chompers you'll ever have!
