Dapper Labbit Is Dapper

As if Tropical Storm Irene wasn't bad enough, it's been raining for 4 days straight in southern Vermont. Pipkin wants to go out but he's sick of wet fur. Perhaps this hat will help. If anything, he'll look quite dapper.
